The purpose of this meeting was to meet with an engineered/steel building contractor.
The meeting proceeded as follows:
Pastor Bob opened the meeting with prayer.
- Carl introduced the Team to Jerry Meister of Area Erectors, inc. Jerry provided the Team with brochures and discussed the types of products available. Also, Jerry reviewed other projects his company had completed including multipurpose facilities and church projects.
- The Team had the opportunity to discuss all aspects of a project including cost, exterior finishing and potential attachment methods to our current facility.
- The meeting concluded with and interior and exterior walk with Jerry.
As a result of the information gathered the following action items were agreed to:
- Additional contractors will be contacted for comparative pricing - Carl
- The team members will bring ideas/sketches to the next meeting for building project definition and scope. - Team
The next meeting will be Tuesday, September 25, 2007 at 6:00 PM at the Church.
